Our server, Jorge, was great. We didn't have any issues with attentiveness, although it took a little while for the food to arrive. Everyone in our family enjoyed their meals (smoked salmon florentine, breakfast pastries, watermelon salad). We didn't have reservations so sat inside below...More

We've eaten here two other times after leaving the Cloisters and our experiences weren't the best. The service was very slow and wait staff unattentive. That's been changed. We had awesome service and the food was wonderful. I had the cobb salad and my wife...More

There is nothing special about the food, the atmosphere, or the service. The food takes forever to come and the servers don't really pay attention to you. It is the only food option around Fort Tyron/ The Cloisters, so it is usually packed. It's like...More

New Leaf is friendly, crowded but not noisy. Basic, solid food, Cobb Salad was fine as was Steak and Eggs. Good Carrot Cake and Creme Brulee were also good. Very pleasant and eager service.

Delightful place to stop for dinner or lunch before or after visiting the Cloisters. Creative menu, warm and embracing ambience and convenience. What more do you want?

It was pouring rain outside and we could barely see the Hudson river down below... but once we got inside, we forgot it all! Charming decor, service was extremely caring, you don’t mind the weather there ... just focusing on the moment. Tables have been...More

Coffee was fine but you get about 5 oz. for $4. Pastry board was reasonable and tasty, but that was one of the only good food components of our brunch. Asking about the French toast, my waitress I assured me that they had real maple...More

Absolutely the best lunch I've had in a long time. A bus load of us enjoyed carrot soup and wonderful rolls. We had our choice of ravioli, chicken and salmon. Chocolate cake for dessert. Everyone thought the food was outstanding.

We were there for a wedding reception for family and friends unable to attend the wedding in Lake Bled, Slovenia. The menu choices were very good. The ambiance is wonderful. I would definitely recommend a try, you won’t be disappointed.
