Five of us had early Sunday dinner following a Carnegie Hall concert. We were welcomed and seated warmly, by people who really seem to enjoy having patrons. Everyone--every single person we came in contact with--was as pleasant as could be. Service was friendly and leisurely, no rush despite the restaurant being full. The food was excellent--especially recommended is the sweet... More

What to say....???!!!!! Atmosphere excellent, can totally see the history and the famous who were/are regulars. Service impeccable, friendly warm - adds to experience. Food out of this world. I had a sausage pasta special which was perfectly balanced and cooked with love. My husband had the chicken Marsala and is still not over it! Tender creamy loveliness created with... More

Carol and I started coming to Patsys in NYC last year when we were searching Google for Italian restaurants in New York. Now when we make the trip to the city its first on our list of places to make a reservation. This Valentines we made a day trip on the 14th to have dinner at Patsy's for something special.... More

This restaurant has a very warm, family feel about it, the staff are all friendly, genuine and have a sense of humour. The food was lovely, very authentic. I had the veal parmigiana and my husband had the giant meatballs - both were flavoursome and delicious. I would definitely visit here again, next time with an emptier stomach so I... More

I live in Chicago and have been to New York City three times in the past few years. Even though there are many dining options in NYC, my husband and I always have at least one meal per trip at Patsy's. The spaghetti and meatballs are the BEST that I have had anywhere. They are so good that I have... More

A friend of mine and I came here for dinner mostly because it was conveniently located one block away from our hotel. The first night we tried to dine at this restaurant, the place was fully booked so we wised up and made reservations for the next night. We chose from a fixed price menu because we had Broadway show... More

Patsys seems to have a reputation that comes with all pizza chains: inauthentic and "not special enough". This place has a top 5 penne alla vodka so if you like pastas any think crust pizza with tons of flavor and high quality mozz, seriously come here

We were in town for my partner's daughter's wedding and I recommended Patsy's for dinner. It was just as wonderful a dining experience as I remembered from our last time there 20 years ago. Service is impeccable. A great variety of dishes to choose from, and they are all excellent. There were six of us and we all ordered something... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
