We were invited by friends to meet here for an early dinner, and must say, the food was okay and the portions huge. Prices are very modest and the ambiance, well, there isn't any. But, the first impression one gets when walking in the front...More

I love Sammy's! The people there are so friendly and the food is delicious! I usually do delivery or take out and it's super quick. There's so many choices for vegetarians/pescatarian. Plus they give lots of sauce and also fortune cookies! :) My favorite is...More

REMARKABLY UNREMARKABLE Been there twice and the place is dirty and the food is tasteless. No idea how they are paying rent.

I was recommended this place by friends and they didn’t let us down. The noodles are huge, the portions are family style for sharing, and the flavors are authentic and delightful. It’s a good haul from Midtown, but Uber’s are abundant and no trouble. The...More

They make a great stewed beef noodle soup. Haven't had in years, now is twice the price but just as good.

We go there for The Cold Noodles with Sesame Sauce (always ask for added Scallions)- Excellent. We also get The Cold Spinach with Sesame Sauce-Good/Very Good. Also ordered the General Tso Tofu, disappointing. It was not crisp and immersed in sauce. Hot & Sour Soup...More

Everytime we go to NY, we must visit Sammy's, it's a family tradition. Their dumplings are fresh made and delicious. We love their hot and sour soup. Their General Tso chicken is our favorite. Quick service and delicious food at a good price.

A delicious lunch! Spacious restaurant with average decor. Meanwhile, the food was very good. Service was quick and effective. Portions are large. Freshly made and delicious. Menu was large with many options. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Price reasonable for the portions.

Been here dozens of times...the food is fresh, plentiful and well worth the price. Reminiscent of the noodle shops in Chinatown, but without the crammed in feeling. Well worth it

You want good chicken and broccoli? A giant bowl of soup with wantons and more roast pork than you've ever eaten? And you want giant portions for $10-$15? Than this is the place for you. Haven't had the fried dishes like sesame chicken and yes...More

West Village
Stretching from Sixth Avenue to the Hudson River, the
West Village is one of the city’s most coveted
addresses. Full of trendy shops, historic taverns, and
cozy restaurants set amid 19th century architecture,
this neighborhood has a unique old-world feel. You
won’t find a more picturesque location in Manhattan.
Without the traditional city grid layout, it’s easy to
get lost here, but that’s part of the fun as you
