Great place to eat and be entertained by the ice skaters at the rink at Rockefeller center. Great menu and great staff. A little light on the wine selection, but definitely fine dining.

The serving of the cold mixed sea food was plentiful and very fresh. My husband ordered the sushi sashimi platter and was also raving about the freshness and taste. Presentation was also perfect . Price is reasonable for what we got.

The Sea Grill is perfect for a special occasion, Valentine's Day, birthdays or any tourists visiting and wanting to experience a special aspect of the city. The menu is pretty steep, but I guess you're paying more for the view than anything. However, the staff is extremely friendly and courteous and that is what this place so special. The cod... More

As native New Yorkers, we rarely dine at restaurants in tourists' 'hot' spots....(yes, how 'snobby' is that ? : -] ) so we were caught by surprise at how good The Sea Grill was! Came for Restaurant Week menu, but will definitely return for their regular menu! Our server, Luis was friendly, efficient (albeit on a rather busy night), and... More

I went here after a business meeting and had the sea grill chowder and crab cakes on the recommendation of the server. Both were exquisite. The olive bread was very good too. All guests liked their food very much. Would definitely go back.

We went for dinner during Restaurant week and had an enjoyable evening. The 3 course meal was decent. The clam chowder was thick but a bit salty. The orecchiette was decent. They do make an excellent fish and outstanding stuffed calamari main course. The dessert were large and tasty, with the key lime pie a highlight. The waiter was the... More

We ate here for lunch during a Christmas weekend visit to the city. It was perfect. The service and food were outstanding, and the view of the skaters was one of those uniquely NW treats. It was expensive, but worth every penny.

We had a great time here. The food is excellent and the Pre Fix dinners are very affordable. We sat at the window and while watching the skaters, we witnessed a marriage proposal that was really cool. The waiters are fantastic and very personable and the food is to die for. Totally enjoyed the experience.

I have eaten here before but not when the skating rink was open as it is often difficult to get reservations on short notice. So for a surprise birthday dinner and show for my husband, I booked it well in advance. Both the food and the service were superb and it was great fun watching the skaters on a cold... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
