I went to the Red bamboo with my mom, her boyfriend and my stepbrother. Everyone except my stepbrother knew that it was a fully vegan restaurant. I got the steamed dumplings and the bbq ribs which were soooo yummy!!! My mother had the chicken wings...More

Located on a quaint block off the East Village, it is a diamond in the rough. The menu is extensive, you'll want to go back time and time again. From their buffalo nuggets to their coconut crusted seitan, everything is to die for. There is...More

I just ate at this amazing "vegan comfort food" restaurant. To say that even a meat eater will find amazing food like "pork chops" with "bacon" collards and mashed potatoes with gravy. I started with "chicken" satay and that was a fun appetizer. Please go...More

After wanting to check out Red Bamboo for a while, my partner and I went for a late lunch. We ordered the soul chicken sandwich and the chicken cutlet sandwich. The food was really tasty, I couldn’t believe it was vegan as it tasted like...More

Went there as a non-vegan with a vegan friend, was prepared to set my bar low but actually truly enjoyed the cuisine! The cheesecake especially was divine and for a totally affordable price. A must!

The menu includes many options, and dishes are very flavorful. Friendly service on both our visits. We will be back on our next NYC visit!

Small venue with a lot of variety of vegetarian dishes. Taste was great. We had to wait for half an hour but went for a walk in Washington Square Park meanwhile.

This place is AMAZING! It is tiny, but totally worth the wait. The buffalo chicken wings are heaven. If I die someday, I hope I am buried with them. If I am on deathrow, it would be my last meal. If someone ever proposes to...More

So disappointed. Told by nearby diners Soy Barbeque Buffalo Wings tastes like chicken. IT DOES NOT TASTE LIKE CHICKEN. It had a prefabricated look and taste. Wing Sauce was good (Blue Cheese dip tasted like bland slop) but texture of "Wings" was like biting into...More

Greenwich Village
Commonly known as “the Village” to New Yorkers, it was
here in Greenwich Village that both 1960’s counter
culture and the LGBT movement were born. Famous for
its bohemian past, head to Washington Square Park to
get a feel for this diverse and energetic
neighborhood. You’ll find NYU students, street
performers, skateboarders, kids frolicking in the
fountain, and locals relaxing and playing chess.
