Lucky seven used to be my favorite spot when I was living in NYC. It was the place where I used to date my wife and have a good dinner along with a couple of good drinks. However, the last couple of times I've been...back at the city it has been extremely disappointed. I think that staff should be re-trained and put the customer experience first. Waitress make mistakes and they are quickly to say is the customer's fault and don't see willing to try to solve the problem. On my last incident a supervisor came to talk to us, and I was thinking she was coming to help us and understand the circumstances of our complaint, nonetheless she was also trying to imply that we were wrong. After a long conversation she fulfilled our request (which wasn't even our fault in the first place). I'm looking at other places, there are a lot of new choices and I am not sure if I am willing to keep spending my money and not have a good time.More

Ok. If this will be your first bar. They play Latin music but mainly bachata and tipico merengue. 1 salsa and like 10 dembow ( Spanish hip hop) if u belong to the broken chair club this is the place for u. If u are...expecting to find casual dancing partners, u are not going to find anything unless u can flirt with everybody. Good for single crow that r just looking to hook up with anybody.More

The waiters do not speak english... Males with money will get all the attention. And prepare to wait a year for your drink! I give them a 3 because they have great deals on the weekdays... However besides the specials the service sucks :(
