I'm not a lover of pizza usually but was hungry and my daughter wanted to try. Looks a bit grotty from the outside but fantastic pizza.

We arrived at the nearby Sheraton too late for room service, so we went out to see what we could find. We are on a family holiday and I usually do a lot of research on restaurants before we visit them. We had already been to pizza institutions in San Francisco and LA on our trip. We went into Ray's... Pizza was ok, but the staff was rude, no free refills on my soda, and the seating area was dirty, dated, and cramped. Not worth the money

There is something about pizza in New York. Famous Ray's has other things on the menu too, but it had about five varieties of pizza ready by the slice. The place gets packed fast but leave? Fuggetaboutit.

This is classic New York City pizza with a lot of different choices. Good value and quick service right off Times Square.

Place is great and the folks are busy (very busy), but very friendly. Our slides were fresh right out of the oven. Don't expect to find a place to sit inside the shop, it is crowed ...yeah it is Time Square

If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff at this restaurant is rude, condescending, and unprofessional, and the food is overpriced. My boyfriend and I stopped in after a show and ordered a few slices, one drink, and a small salad. We were charged $30 and when the woman at the register saw my face, she reiterated the... More

Seriously the worst pizza we have ever eaten and my kids would not even eat it and they LOVE pizza! Double the price of all other pizza slices in the city just because they're in Times Square... Our stomachs are still aching after not even finishing a slice.

Nothing hits the spot like a piece of New York Pizza after a long night of drinking. The crust is so warm and slightly burnt on the bottom and the toppings are fresh. Great for a quick bite walking down the street or at their counter/tables.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
