We had the opportunity to enjoy an amazing Sunday Brunch at Turkish Kitchen and were not disappointed. Beautiful sections of the buffet were dedicated to breads, assorted salads, cold appetizers (Sarma and Sigara Borek), hot foods (doner, kofte, chicken, etc) as well as a wonderful sweets sections. A huge choice together with great quality and taste. Service was excellent, attentive,... More

When living in New York City, this was one of my favorite restaurants and now coming to visit, it remains so! Everything is so fresh and tasty, and cooked to perfection. I tend to order the prix fixe b/c you can try several plates that are easily shareable. I love the shepherd salad with the yogurt (cacik), and the bread... More

I have eaten at several Turkish restaurants both in Instanbul, Turkey and in America. I have also enjoyed homemade Turkish food from the Turkish family I am very close too (I, myself am American). This is not only one of the best Turkish places I have been too but also one of my favorite restaurants in general. The service is... More

It really pays to do a bit of research on where to eat in NYC before your visit. There are so many restaurants and it is easy to wander around and end up in one that is very average. This trip we stayed near the Empire State Building and ate at Turkish Kitchen based on the good reviews we saw.... More

Had dinner on a Saturday night. Service was attentive and prompt. Ordered the shepherd salad as an appetizer, as well as the falafel and Cacic, a yoghurt salad with cucumber, garlic and dill. All of it was delicious. Main courses were charcoal grilled striped bass and shrimp baked with feta. Well cooked and delicious. Turkish coffee and baklava for dessert... More

I was visiting New York and had not been here in years. The menu has lots of great choices. The waitress was very friendly and efficient. I had the midye dolma(stuffed mussels), eggplant salad and the Iskender kebab. All were very good and the prices were very reasonable. The place was packed and you could tell everyone was enjoying themselves.... More

We had an excellent dinner here - the flavours were great, and everything was fresh and light. It's hard to find good Turkish food, but this restaurant is definitely worth the visit. The portion size was also very large for the mains. We didn't try it, but they also do a Sunday all you can eat buffet! We were tempted,... More

It is a great representation of Turkish food in NY. The service and the look of the dishes are great. The food is delicious and very close to the local taste. The menu is full of Turkish variety of appetizers, kebabs and unique Turkish dishes. Highly recommend fir Turkish Cousine lovers that are away from Turkey.
