We went here because Bobby Flay promoted this place. Pizza wasn't too bad - good crust, lots of cheese. Calzone was the worst I have ever had. There was hardly any cheese and it actually opened up - yes, you could unfold it. Hard as...More

If you want some delicious New York pizza, go to Mimi's. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly. I will definitely go back the next time I'm in New York!!

Craving a slice? Stop here an get one. Great place for family and will not break the wallet. Arugula salad is great too. Pro:1 large cheese pie for $15 fed a family of 4. Con: Small bathrooms that could be better maintained.

Just ate here this evening. Currently visiting NYC from Minnesota and wanted to try some good New York pizza after visiting the Met. Pizza was not the best I've ever had but it was very good, very fresh ingredients. Service was excellent.

A small place with great flavors! We ate a regular pizza slice, which was nothing but wonderful. The dough is thin and crusty and the tastes are great. The prices are low. It's a must!

I may be biased because this is my neighborhood pizza joint, but it's still some of the best pizza I've ever had. I've tried to get the secret of the dough and sauce out of them, but they insist it's nothing special. Maybe it's the...More

We went to Mimi's for lunch recently. My father ordered a salad with extra grilled chicken ($3.00 charge, but worth it). My mother and I shared a half cheese, half white pizza and it was amazing. We were deciding between the lasagna and the pizza...More

Despite it not looking very promising at first glance, if you can get past how the place looks, you'll find some excellent pizza. Definitely a book not to judge by its cover!
