One of my favorites things in NY is to walk thu Central Station and watch the myriad of people walking and going places. Pair that with a terrific steak and what more can you ask. Friendly service, a bit slow at times but nothing major. Good company and dream of traveling somewhere exotic. At least experience it once!

LOVED the location! Situated on the upper floor of Grand Central Station, it is a great way to dine and really see all the details of the marvelous decor at the same time. The steaks were huge and delicious, but without side dishes - those were extra charges, making an expensive meal even more expensive. The service was impeccable.

Such a classy place for a train station, nice food although a little bit pricey. But nice experience.

I had a good basic lunch at Michael Jordan's. The view over the Grand Central concourse is fantastic. I had the Rock Shrimp with Chipotle Sauce and it was very good. My friend had the grilled salmon, also good. A simple meal. Not noisy despite the train station below. Good service.

We reserved a table 4 months in advance of our NY trip. The setting in Grand Central Station Terminal is spectacular and we had high expectations ascending the stairs to the balcony restaurant. We were greeted by a courteous hostess who apologised that our table wasn't ready and who directed us to sit at the bar to wait. We were... More

I know you have a lot of choices for steak in NYC. But none but Michael Jordan's is in Grand Central and that has to count for something. My steak was perfect and the Mac&Cheese is to die for. Pretty good martinis also. Love It will be back

Arrived without reservation, staff was kind to get us a table before dinner time. Had some drinks just before rush hour started at the terminal., it really impacts the atmosphere! Service was very very good given by Rumanian waiter and Mexican assistant. Food was excellent, nice size and side dishes had a good in size and taste. Nice wine selection.... More

Whilst spending a 6 day break in New York we booked a lunch at the steakhouse in Grand Central Station. We had a party of 7 (5 adults / 2 children) and upon arrival we were shown to our table which overlooked the lower level of the station. We ordered various dishes from the soup of the day through to... More

Have always known of this place but after so many great reviews I finally had to try it out. All in all the food was outstanding and was of great value for the quality. Atmosphere and position was perfect overlooking Grand Central Station concourse but not feeling like you were to crowded. The staff was extremely nice, some more than... More

We've been to this restaurant before and had a wonderful meal...however this time while touring NYC with my adult daughter we were let down. We love Grand Central Station for its architecture and people watching. Michael Jordan's Steak house let us down. The filets were overcooked to grey. The waiter was inattentive to our table and failed to respond to... More
