I had a giant steak, can't quite remember which cut but it was cooked to perfection just as I asked and the flavours were sublime, my partner ordered a burger (to my disgust) but she readily informed me it was one of the best burgers she has ever eaten. The waiter was very friendly and informative and even recommended we... More

I have eaten at 3 other major steakhouses, but have never had the quality of steak I enjoyed here - on 2 separate evenings! Great service, unhurried, very attentive. Good steakhouse vibe, not for the power suits, but for more relaxed socializing, eating and drinking. Strongly recommend the 19oz bone-in filet!

Upon arriving the first disappointment was the 30+ stairs to get to the table. Insult to injury the wait staff uses the stairs as well. Crazy! Waited ten plus minutes after being seated for a waiter to appear. Had to ask for more water twice, Bar service slow, Food wait time OK. On top of it all easily the noisiest... More

Garlic bread appetizer looks like a jenga game (wish I took a picture). Even the burger is impressive and the bun is branded with their logo. I suggest the meatball appetizer as well.

This is an upscale place, considering entree prices, and were drawn in from the lunch special advertisement outside. We both had the boneless rib eye lunch special for $26 (mostly all the other steak entrees were $40 and above), we declined an adult beverage. Also ordered a $15 beet salad and $9 french onion soup. The soup was served tepid,... More

Went there for New Year's Eve dinner. Service was excellent, food was prepared to perfection. Drink was also excellent as was dessert. We shared the filet mignon for two and the portions were ample for two people. And the restaurant was quiet with nice, polite conversation and no shouting! Restaurant itself has old world charm that you rarely find in... More

Not my first time here but it was for my kids. I wanted them to have a taste of one of the best steakhouses in NYC. Both in the quality of the steaks and the ambience. Did not disappoint. Happy to have chosen this place again and I'm happy that my kids loved it. I hope that when they remember... More

The steaks weren't that great. And for a steakhouse that's a bit of a drawback. Not helped by poor service and a very expensive wine list. Over rated.
