Dan Barber is a genius and it shows in every bite of food and every dish presented. It’s a must try for those who like farm to table, simple yet elegant food. The farmers menu was incredible and the service and atmosphere memorable and special.

I will visit Blue Hill every time I am in New York City. The food is innovative and wonderfully delicious. The service is spectacular. The ambience is wonderful. This is one terrific restaurant that understands hospitality and making you happy in every way.
