My parents were visiting New York, and we went to Lombardi's because so many people had recommended it to us. It was okay, but I don't feel any need to go back. The pizza was good, but the menu was a bit confusing to understand....More

Visited this place at the recommendation of friends who had been there earlier in the year. To call it amazing would be understating the quality of the pizza. This was the first pizzeria in the nation est. 1905. The staff is friendly and very helpful....More

The pizza was good, as nearly every pizza is. But it was nothing special. If this is what pizza tasted like in 1905, thankfully many have improved on it over the years. Get the calzone. It was tasty.

Lombardi's is a cool spot to get some classic NY pizza. Prices are good but bring cash, no cards accepted. We loved the food and atmosphere

First of all great story about this restaurant. One of the first italian restaurant opened in New York, and they are still using same oven, which gives pizza unforgetable taste. Probably the best pizza I've ever tried. You can chose ingridients, or just something from...More

My husband insisted on eating Lombardi's pizza, because it's the oldest Pizzeria in the US. Unfortunately time has not improved the taste or quality of the pizza. We had the Original Margherita and were not impressed. We had better pizza at lesser known pizzerias in...More

Despite being just off of busy Houston Street, Nolita
maintains a low-key vibe that makes it a pleasant
retreat in the heart of lower Manhattan. Short for
“North of Little Italy,” Nolita was once considered to
be part of Little Italy. Today, the neighborhood is
popular with young fashionistas popping in and out of
the chic independent boutiques that line Mulberry,
Mott and Elizabeth Streets. In addition to shopping,

Only whole pizzas only. Small and Large. I wouldn’t waste time eating there though. There a MANY other pizza places that are much better. In my opinion, Lombardi’s is just a novelty because of its age.
