I went on a Monday night at 8pm in December and only waited about 15. In the waiting area, you can order drinks and lounge so it's more bearable. We ordered raw oysters, grilled salmon and two sushi platters. I have to say the sushi...More

Never fails to serve the most amazingly fresh fish, the most wide selcetion of raw fish and the best unfiltered sake. Come early when there is still place without waiting.

It is probably the best sushi in NYC and the best I have ever tried. Sashimi slices are actually small bricks since how thick they are! Quality and taste of the fish is at the top!

Description
Blue Ribbon Sushi is the original collaboration between Bruce & Eric Bromberg and sushi master, Toshi Ueki. The cozy cedar clad restaurant has an extensive selection of fresh fish flown in daily from the Sea of Japan as well as both the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. We feature many combinations of fresh ingredients and delicacies and an award-winning sake list. Whether you sit at the walnut Sushi Bar or at one of the cozy tables in the back room, Blue Ribbon Sushi will transport you to the other side of the world.
