What can you say, this place is a classic. An old favorite of Frank Sinatra. After his last show at Madison Square Garden, he said he's going to Patsy's! Despite all the fame, the pizza and other food really is amazing. They do a great job and have other locations around the city.

Visited Patsy's this weekend before a show at the Barclay Center. With the extreme outside temperature few diners elected to be seated outside which made the wait a little extended. The manager did the best he could kept everyone updated as the evening progressed. Once seated, the wine we selected was delivered at room temperature and we have to wait... More

I keep wanting to go back here for another pie but that would involve a flight and a few hours. There's a large brick oven with a grungy takeout counter adjacent to the sit-down restaurant and from what I could tell, the place was cash only. Still worth the hassle of waiting in such a small, cramped space.

Delicious original New York style pizza at its best. Cooked in a coal oven, brought out quickly, piping hot and delicious. Bring cash as no credit cards are taken. Do not expect to zip in and out when eating in the dining room, service is at a relaxed-take your time pace.

My daughter and I walked here (20 min) from 125th St Station and then walked to the 116th St Station (10 minutes) when leaving. Service was excellent. The margherita pie was classic NY. We split that and a salad.

We tried 2 types of pizza but I must say the plain cheese pizza pie was the best. It's just really good NY style pizza. We ended taking a pie home for the rest of the family. They have other items and food but we just stuck with the pizza. Definitely recommend Patsy's not sure why I had not tried... More

Plenty of locals and NYPD eating great Margherita pizzas in this large classic Italian restaurant. The Patsy's is part of NYC pizza history but is a bit of a crosstown hike from the subway but there are lots of cabs available out front.

We always visit Patsy's in Harlem when we go to New York. The pizza is fired in a coal oven, the crust is perfection, the sauce is sublime, the cheese and pepperoni are added with a careful hand. The restaurant seems to usually be slow with only a few tables being taken--but Patsy's deserves to be full all of the... More

We came a long way from Manhattan to East Harlem to try this famous pizza. The effort definitely paid off. The main restaurant was closed as we came very early, luckily we were able to buy pizzas to go. All of us ordered just regular margherita which we ate sitting on the bench at the nearby park. The dough was... More

Can't go wrong with pizza from here. One person can easily consume a whole pie by themselves. You won't find any other pizza like this here in NYC
