Girlfriend ate here last year while up in NYC and wanted to visit again. I could not have been happier with her choice. Had the bone in ribeye that was cooked perfectly to temperature. Light crust of seasoning on the outside. Did not need additional salt or pepper. The sides are enough for two and possibly three people. Think Ruth... More

Never have I seen a Steakhouse this large. Two full floors of packed tables and guys/gals in suits!. On a Wednesday night it was packed to the brim. I was part of a group of 15 so we had a somewhat 'off to the side' table - but service felt a little rushed and cookie-cutter (the way they shared sides,... More

We made an early evening reservation, but were late. They took it in their stride. The place was busy and buzzing, the cocktails arrived promptly. Our waiter was knowledgable about the menu choices. The food was amazing, we all had steaks of course. No time for desserts as off to the theatre, our loss. Will be back on our next... More

Del Frisco's was fantastic, from the excellent service, the ribeye and lobster mac and cheese are a must and the towering lemon cake for pudding! Great selection of wines too!

Pretentious staff. All food was heavily peppered for some strange reason. Service slow and seemed to focus on upwelling. Would not go back.

Del Frisco's is my first choice to entertain clients in Midtown as the space is lovely and the waitstaff are a pleasure -- professional and welcoming. The food is great, perfectly prepared and a good value by NYC standards. This is great place for an impressive business meal or date - and lots of folks come in and grab a... More

Del Frisco's Steakhouse is by far the Best Steakhouse in Manhattan. The establishment is in a safe Time Square location, basically opposite Radio City Music Hall. Upon entering the staff greets one in a friendly manner and promptly seats the guest if reservations were made. We recommend reservations and ask for a table upstairs in the table # 250 area... Definitely a place worth trying. Our waitress Liz was a ball of energy w/ a personality to match. I had the filet medallions. They were done perfectly. The taste was amazing. My husband had the strip. He said the flavor was perfect. I was pleasantly surprised at the prices. The restaurant had a great atmosphere. It wasn't too stuffy. It... More

We ate here for our engagement celebration meal during a holiday to NYC, its a great restaurant with a brilliant and lively atmosphere. The service was also exceptional from our waitress Kathleen although some staff too quick to dump plates on the table during service. Overall, a great meal and experience. The restaurant is rather pricey/expensive and be prepared to... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
