Make a reservation and just go if you're a steak and seafood lover. There are so many choices in manhattan but this one I love and I know you will too. Some recommendations: crab cake, butter tart, rib eye and mashed potatoes ...delicious and very good service.

If you want a top notch steak and eating experience - pick Del Frisco's. While it is a bit pricey, it is worth it for a special treat. Greta service, excellent food (not just the steaks) and bread to go back for again and again. Not your standard 'Steakhouse' atmosphere.

Don't get me wrong this is a nice place with good food. Unfortunately the overriding factor for me is that my wife's birthday was not acknowledged and it was a significant year. I have never had that happen before. I did bring it up to the manager on the way out and they did offer to make it it up... More

Based on the excellent reviews, my partner and I made reservations to have our Valentine's Day meal here, and what a mistake. First, they couldn't find our reservation, and - seemingly - because they never did find the reservation despite having the email confirmation available on my mobile phone, the sat us on an out-of-the-way table upstairs away from the... We go to Del Frisco's every time we are in New York, but on this particular night we were celebrating my mother's 50th birthday. Del Frisco's went above and beyond to make the evening as special as possible. With a private table away from the hustle and bustle we could relax and enjoy. Our waiter was exceptional and made us... We had a Reservation for two people on a friday night & the place was nicely crowded. We took a steak (filet mignon ; 12oz) & stuffed potato as a side dish. Per person that costs you approx. around 70$ but the steak is worth its price and so is the potato! Very soft Medium rare steak and nice garlic... More

New York is full of great steak places but this is one of the best. Excellent location and beautiful it's not uncommon to see a few sports guys, stars, etc. My niece was a waitress there so we were treated very well, but I don't think anyone could go wrong here. The steaks were flat out delicious, all 8 of... More

Have eaten here on several occasions, never disappoints. Excellent ambiance both upstairs and down, the restaurant offers a very nice bar and expansive seating. Waiters have clearly been there a long time (always a good sign) and will gladly help you through the menu. Food is always cooked to specification and each course comes out quickly one after another. The... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
