This is a Chick Fil A express, within NYU's student union building. Food was OK, but staff was friendly.

New York has an endless array of great places to eat. Many of them are fast and inexpensive. So don't waste your time and money on Chick-fil-A.

Don't know if this was the location. The one I went to had only counter seating and a great motion sensor garbage can. Service was quick and efficient-too many counter people. Sandwich was sparingly dressed, hardly any tomatoes, mushroom, lettuce. Waffle fries ok

This place is good but I really don't get all the hype. They are located all over in Florida and there is no buzz. In NYC, there's a line out the door. They do handle the lines very well, friendly staff , decent menu- but...it is still chicken. Sandwich, tenders, nuggets. I'm not a fan of the waffle fries. I will stop in but only occasionally.More

As a Chick-Fil-A Express, this is not the best location, but they did have Chick-Fil-A Sandwiches, Chick-N-Nuggets, and Waffle Fries, I got a Chick-Fil-A Sandwich & Waffle Fries. It was delicious.

Chick fil a is in nyc somewhere uptown and apparently the lines are insane. I'm tempted to not leave a review about this location because you can get the same great chicken with much less of a wait since there's no media frenzy over it....The service is always so friendly, it's noticeable how well trained their team is. I wish more fast food places were this friendly and tasty.More

Not having a Chick-Fil-A in the UK means that this was a nice treat. It was a lot tastier than KFC, the service was quick and the servers were polite. It is a really good fast food place to quickly satisfy your hunger!

Excellent and friendly service, the people working there are very correct and respectful. Never had such a pleasent experience in a fast food restaurant. The chicken was very good, and the service was very fast!

I had always been around a Chick-fill-A growing up in California but had never actually visited. I know the management was under fire for his ultra conservative right wing views but had just never visited and kinda wanted to just for the novelty. We were...hungry and my wife loves chicken and we saw a long line. I didn’t want to stop because of that but my wife says a long line indicates that many people like the food. I reminded her she’s from China and that there are long lines for everything in China and that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s good. It could be sign that the service is slow. I was wrong and she was right. We ordered the grilled chicken, the Chick fill A and nuggets. All of them were very tasty and the staff was very helpful and helped us since this was our first time ordering. I did like their fries too but my wife prefers McDonald’s fries so I had to make an extra stop. Happy wife, happy life! I’ll definitely come again to chick fill a.More
