My sister and I reserved a table a table for 4:45 on a Saturday and were seated right away. The wait- staff was very attentive and helpful with the menu. Our sommelier picked out an excellent red and we had their cheese plate for an appetizer, which was divine. My sister couldn't say enough good things about the onion soup... More

We make a point of coming here regularly on Sunday afternoons - the ambiance is wonderful - given the quality of the wines, food and jazz musicians (a "tight" group that plays well and plays at a sound level that is perfect for the room - you'll want to listen and can still hear/ talk to those with you). Fine... More

First went there as they have extended hours and I was late getting into Manhattan. Went back for a second visit. Good wait staff. My dining partner had a fish that was prepared well. I had my usual salad and a foie gras dish. Good wine list It is a bit noisy until 10 or so, then begins to simmer... More

Came here alone on my first night in NY and had the steak frites with a nice crozes hermitage. Everything was well done and I felt like I was in Paris.

We very much enjoyed our dinner at this charming intimate French Bistro. As we entered the restaurant, we were invited to a complimentary wine tasting that was in progress. Then, the option of a tasting tray with 5 personal choices of wine with our dinner added a special note to the evening. Both the moules and skatefish were excellent choices.... More

Lovely live jazz music for brunch every Sunday. Cozy, relaxed atmosphere and a nice brunch menu selection, which includes a cocktail, coffee and fries with each selection for $21.95! What a deal! Regular menu is also available.

In an area full of overpriced food, the is a perfect little get away! They have an extensive list of wine and while the food menu is a fraction of the size, it's just right! Both the wine and the food were outstanding and the service was great too.

Went here on a chance that they would be open as I usually don't believe the web that places are open late but they were and everything we ordered was excellent. Great food, the seafood platter was excellent. The mussels were excellent. We were so happy we have found another awesome late night spot with real menu offerings. Thanks again... More

Small tables perfect for an excellent dinner with someone, although there were a few tables which looked like they could accommodate a larger number of people. Food was excellent, bistro fare with a good amount of options if you don't want to eat a steak frites or lamb chops. Service was very good, attentive but not too much. I would... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
