Brisket is usually melt in your mouth tender, The brisket sandwich I got was very tough and chewy. More disappointing was the fact we were asked to leave when we were having our coffee because they needed the table for another reservation.. We will not...return.More

We were unsure of Tir na Nog due to it's close proximity to MSG. We all enjoyed what we ordered and would definitely return there if we were in that area:)

Met a few friends here. Chose it because of the proximity to Penn Station. Made reservations. Very relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff. The dishes that we ordered all looked fresh and had a nice presentation. I ordered the Open Faced Grilled Steak Sandwich Boursin Cheese, Caramelized...Onions. I asked for the cheese on the side. The meat was cooked as asked. The cheese came in a little dish, but I just realized I never got the onions! LOL The bread that the steak came on was a bit dry but edible. I got a salad instead of the fries which was good. Overall the restaurant was good. I would go back maybe for dinner and try something different. BTW the brunch comes with one free drink.More

The staff was incredible. They were very attentive and patient with our family group of 22. The food was excellent. Our grandchildren and their parents were very comfortable. We all enjoyed our time there and look forward to returning.

Situated right next to the west entrance of Madison square garden. Popped in mid afternoon as looking for a place to eat pre NY Knicks game.Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice pint of Guinness as well.Managed to book a table for the evening, again reservation...girl really good. Our table was on the indoor balcony which turned out to be a good choice as the main bar was heaving.Food was run of the mill fare but nicely done. Yet again waiting staff were tiptop. Maybe we caught it lucky because of the aforementioned basketball game but for us the atmosphere was terrific. Went back for lunch the next day before catching our flight home.More

Nice, quiet Sunday brunch (11:30 am to 1 pm). Food and service was great. 1 drink (mimosa, Bloody Mary, etc.) included with entree. Good value.

We waited over an hour to get served as the waitress kept buzzing by serving too many people. The food was average. The salmon Benedict was cold. We specifically asked if the home fries had peppers and she said no and lo and behold they...were full of peppers which we hate.More
