Excellent hole in the wall spot with great fries. Lots of sauce options. Ordered the regular size and would have had enough with the smaller size. Absolutely delicious.

Crispy, fat fries. Excellent sauces. We had the Regular Impossible Poutine and the Regular Poutine with smoked eggplant sauce. both were very good. Sitting is limitted.

I made it back after three long years away and this frite establishment is still going strong and just as delicious as I remember. After a long overnight flight from L.A. and an equally long (but fun) day exploring, I arrived in need of a...late lunch. Had my favorite, frites with poutine, sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms and grated cheese. Some things are worth returning to, and this tiny spot is one of my go tos for any NYC visit. Interestingly enough, whenever I talked to New Yorkers about this spot, I always mentioned it used to be on Second Avenue, and always got a response, oh, where the gas main blew up? Everyone still remembers that horrible explosion, I was in L.A. at the time and saw a news report and was horrified. I still wear my t shirt with pride.More

The ambience in the restaurant was good, the guy at the front was nice and cordial even offered to try the sauces. I had the poutine and I do have to say it was good but the portion was too big for me even the...regular size was too too big for one normal person. I do recommend this spot for late night snacks.More

If you like fries this is the place to go. Lots of dip choices we had 3. There has to be a pick for every taste. Small seating area. Helpful staff.

This place is a literal hole-in-the-wall which just adds to it's charm. I went to Brussels about 10 years ago and when I had their fries it basically ruined fries for me. When I first heard about this place I needed to try it. I...am glad I did! The fries are delicious, the dips are delicious and the price is just right. They also have some good drinks too. Overall, Yum!More

Fantastic fries in a cozy, pub style restaurant! The fries are very fresh and tasty and they have dozens of sauces to choose from! Two of us split a medium order of fries, which was plenty. We also enjoyed a fruit slushy.

Excellent fries - my daughter ordered and chose ketchup. What??? Just wrong - I wish I would've ordered my own. They had so many sauces to choose from.

This fun, very small restaurant is dedicated to Belgian fries. The fries themselves are very good, but the most interesting part is in the numerous sauces you can get with the fries. I like the pomegranate teriyaki (sounds odd, but is delicious), the smoked eggplant,...and the pesto, although everything's very good. You get a lot of fries in your order, which is good for sharing and/or for trying different sauces. It was pretty busy when we came here, so it took a bit for us to get our food.More

Coming from the Netherlands where they have as much pride about their fries as the Belgians do, I'd say these fries tasted great. Not necessarily 100% authentic but that does not detract from the taste. The sauce options were plentiful and we loved the portion...size - enough to feed two of us for lunch.More

The fries wasn’t that good ( next time I would go to five guys If I want fries !) The texture is to soft and the taste is to sour... nothing to compare with the Belgian fries ! The sauce was okay but again it’s...not the same sauces in Belgium I was very disappointed! The venue is dark and not nice. Who is the owner? I guess he never been to belgium to taste the fries?! It’s look more like Chinese fries lol Les frites étaient sucrées, et pas cuite à l’intérieur! Rien avoir avec nos bonnes frites belges!!! Les sauces étaient ok pour accompagner un poulet ou du poisson... bref endroit à éviter en plus super cher mais ça c’est nycMore

Being Belgian I was curious to taste these "pommes Frites" made in NYC. Worst Belgian Fries and mayo I ever had. Better to stop at McDonald's! The owner is lucky that most of the customers do not know what real Mayo and Belgian fries are.
