Of course you have high exception coming to Per Se. But these will be met, and the chef will have a couple of surprises for you. Extras of the full menu may not be worth it though.

This was the 9 course meal of a lifetime with a wonderful wine pairing! We are very fortunate that we could enjoy this with our family. Someday we may also enjoy the French Laundry! Don’t bother with the $100 ribeye upgrade
