We walked in without a reservation. We mentioned in passing that it was our Anniversary. From then on we were treated like Royalty. The staff was friendly and attentive. Great food. Live music.(Do not miss the Lobster Mac and Cheese)

My family and I were looking for a last minute restaurant in Midtown. This restaurant was recommended by our hotel concierge as something casual and appropriate for kids. It did not disappoint. It is a well appointed room with panoramic views of the corner it sits. The menu was very traditional with fish and steaks as a focus. The server... More

We were greeted by a friendly and welcoming hostess. She seated us by the bar until our table was ready. We ordered two drinks and enjoyed them. We then moved to our table. The restaurant was nicely decorated and we enjoyed the high ceilings. The menu was reasonably priced and we chose the prixe fix. We ordered calamari, salmon, steak,... More

A nice choice for seafood or meat, with indoor and outdoor seating. Calamari appetizer was excellent, and the cod was very good. Service was friendly but our server at times disappeared for long periods. They also have a nice wine selection and excellent cocktails.

Had dinner here and loved everything we tried. We had a little bit of everything from the sea as you can see from our photos. We had small very good oysters on the half shell from the east and west coast, a crab and avocado salad that was spectacular, we also had a few sushi rolls too that were amazing.... More

We eat here whenever we are in New York. Always a great selection of fresh fish. Now live music, a nice addition. Friendly, welcoming staff.

We went for an early dinner before our Broadway Show, so we didn't have a reservation. It was empty. The host greeted us and asked if we had a reservation and when we said no, he said "Oh good, we like surprises!". Then when the hostess seated us she said I will put you in my favorite booth. It was... More

Had a visitor from out of state and decided we needed a steak near our office. What a disappointment. Service was perfunctory. Had the lamb - only served one way and when served was tough to cut - no steak knives offered. For the price I paid it was a disgrace - also seemed to be ignored by the maitre... More

Can I just say the food we had was delicious! Below in the photos is the Guacamole (which is made fresh) and you can tell! Onion rings and I had the sesame Tuna, which was cooked perfectly. My dad had the Cod and my sister the Strip Steak, which they both thoroughly enjoyed. The disappointing side was the service, the... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
