This Korean joint is hot. First of all, it was recommended by Korean friends. Second, it's filled with Koreans. Third, they have this squid dish that is just so delicious.

Their haemul pajeon was incredible. It was honestly the best I have tasted. My mother got the bibimbap and wasn't too crazy about it, but I enjoyed mine. I've only been once, but if I were to go back to NYC, I would definitely stop by here since it was relatively inexpensive and delicious.

We were leaving NYC and just had time for a bite before heading to the airport. We had walked by CHO DANG GOL a couple of times before but the queue had been very long but since it was early afternoon we decided to try the food there. We got a table near the kitchen and the interior reminded me... More

This was my second visit to CDG. As before, the food was fresh and tasty, from the free tasting of newly made tofu at the start, to the kimchee and pork special. The waiters were friendly, there were big helpings, we both really enjoyed our meal.

Cho Dang Gol offers your typical traditional Korean cuisine. The space gives off a homey feel, but the prices are slightly higher than you'd expect. Overall, the food is decent, but there are other options in the area.

I love Korean food and will try to hunt it out wherever I go. This restaurant had the usual suspects: Kimchi pancake, veggie side dishes, soups, galbi, bibimbap. New to me was bibimbap with oysters which was lovely. Very much recommended. Went for lunch on Sunday and it was buzzy with a large proportion of Asian/Korean customers. Always a good... More

May be our fault, but didn't really do it for me. Have to say though the place was really busy and seemed to be load of Koreans eating there

I went there with my parents today as the queue was too long at the Ramen place I wanted to visit. We ordered a mushroom and tofu soup and they served rice with the soup. Fried squid was good as expected too. It was a bit noisy in the restaurant though.

The waiter has horrible service. I highly recommend everyone choose another Korean restaurant!!! First, they didn't have anyone asked us the taste, also never care our small dishes had already finished. Then before we almost done who give the check immediately then tell us " we should pay more than 15% tips ". How ridiculous it was. I'll never eat it again.

Thank Dior D
