Had a meal here as it was pretty much right next door to our hotel & had seen it on RHONY. However, we weren't very impressed, quite expensive & food not good. Had lobster tostaditis which was tiny for $15 & steak tacos, steak in tacos was gristly & tacos just did not taste nice at all. If you want... More

I visited this restaurant after passing by it a number of times. I am so happy that I finally decided to go inside and actually try the food. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great suggestions. We ordered the empanadas that were made out of plaintains and then stuffed - what a great idea and... More

Overlooking Times Square, it's modern Mexican cuisine with a view of the world. Traditional dishes served in a lighter avatar. The steak melted in the mouth and the shrimp amazing.

When I looked at the menu I was excited to tuck in to some Mexican food; then I ordered. The chicharrones were the of the finest bagged variety available at most gas stations and convenience stored - mine seemed out of date. Regardless, at $9 for a small bowl they should be freshly prepared. The guacamole... I ordered it spicy.... More

Dos Caminos is a chain that doesn't look like a chain. It is a little up market, and serves a full range of cocktails. The frozen margaritas are really good. The guacamole comes in a few flavours which are interesting, and comes with lots of good crisp corn chips. We shared the flight of tacos, 4 each after the guacamole... More

We visit Dom Caminos after completing the High Line Tour - the guacamole was particularly good! We will return when we are next in NY.

Very nice ambiance and very busy when we visited on a Wednesday evening. Staff were most helpful and friendly, providing knowledgeable advice on the food available. Food was lovely, if a little on the expensive side. But, hey, this IS New York, and the food WAS very nice. We would go again.

Not sure I can remember too much about this after a couple of jugfuls of margaritas and a good friend challenged me to lead the kids on a conga out of the restaurant at the end. No, seriously, the guacamole was delicious, the cheese melty thing divine, the empanadas and tequilas divine. We loves the Tacos and shared one cheesecake... More

Service was great, but the food was average. Too much cheese, far too stodgy, not authentic. Typical of a chain. Not good, not bad.
