Our hotel Renwick was only 30 meters from Bloom's. The breakfast was typical american - I guess - we are coming from Scandinavia... We got our omelettes in 5 minutes, my son ordered a hamburger and it took 7 minutes as promised. The portions were huge, the servise was efficient, very friendly and extremely fast. The food was good. If... More

We had an enjoyable lunch. They have a nice menu- sandwiches, breakfast foods, brunch items, potato pancakes, salads, desserts and drinks. My husband and I shared a combo deli sandwich- roasted turkey and corn beef- on rye bread. We also ordered two potato pancakes. The sandwich was stuffed and very fresh and the potato pancakes were good too. In addition... More

Stayed next door at the Renwick and ate breakfast here. Good breakfast very hot and plenty to eat. Service was friendly and prompt. No extra frill but then again I don't usually want frills with breakfast. Good coffee as well.

We came here for our first breakfast in New York. My partner wanted an American style diner. Really good food and good service. The portions are huge! Would recommend.

Came here a Sunday morning for Breakfast, great service, good food, typically New York breakfast, all the trimmings, good coffee! Well worth a visit if you're in the area. The Eggs Benedict are fabulous.

Average is the best I can do. The service was slow, the food was very average, the value was okay for the city. I wouldn't return given all the options in New York.

The real deal. This is exactly what us out-of-towners are looking for when we come to NYC and want to get our hot pastrami, beef tongue, or chopped chicken liver fix. Four of us ran the gambit from husband having a chopped chicken liver sandwich, daughter having turkey, son having corned beef and pastrami combo, and me having the pastrami.... More

Went there for a late breakfast and had the Eggs Benedict. Tasted great, service was fair and place was lively and clean. Main complaint would be, they served it in a bowl type plate instead of a flat plate, making it difficult to cut into pieces.

Good place for breakfast. Service was fast, coffee just ok. The meals were huge so beware but it was nice without being overly special. Very handy if you are staying in the area.

All three of us have different tastes, and appetites. This was our favourite diner. Pancakes and mixed grill with eggs were the ones for us. Not over priced either.

Thank devoir

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
