Went for dinner first night in the city. OK food, but really salty, had Pizza. Probably would not go back, but partially because there are so many other places around. Location is great though. Near Times Square.

This bar was directly opposite the AKA where we were staying so proved very convenient stop for two weary travellers. As we usually arrived back early evening this was our go to bar for cold beer or glass of wine before heading back to the apartment. The size is very deceiving, from a very narrow frontage the place seems to... More

Came here for some late night drinks after a show. The staff seemed quite indifferent when we said we weren't going to eat anything which was a bit odd. Drinks were ok though and it was a nice enough place. Maybe just came on a bad night.

Not your typical NYC Irish pub...in a good way. Yes they have lots of beer and traditional menu options. But the menu also offers variety; my wife had beets and roasted butternut squash with goat cheese and arugula sandwich on multigrain bread. I had roast turkey with stuffing, chutney and cranberry mayo on ciabatta. And prices are very reasonable for... More

Chicken tenders (not sure If that was description menu ) was tough and tasteless . And service tailed off after we had food , which seemed to... More

We ate lunch here and the place is beautiful and the food is delicious. $8.50 per lunch entree. Unbelievably good value for such a nice place and such good food.

This is located right off of Times Square and has very good bar food and was open late (which is difficult to find interestingly). A large selection of beers, nice variety, and great location.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
