I would say do not go here. We went for an evening meal and waited about 10 minutes for a table which was not too bad in NY. Then we placed our order for drinks and food at the same time as we had already looked at the menus. Well 2 drinks appeared and not the drinks for my children,... More

Nothing special about this place - food is average in terms of quality although there is plenty of it. Service is best described as OK

Avoid at all cost! Over priced. Service took over an hour. Drink refills didnt happen. Didnt provide sauces and when asked for some it took an hour. Food was disgusting, cold and hard. Not fresh at all! Place was dark, cold and felt abandonded. Was no good vibe to it. Also nails were sticking out under the table and tore... More

wish I read the warnings on this site, its my first review but I had to let everyone know how bad it really is! As soon as we sat down a very nerves, rude waiter came up to us and was really rude when we tried to get answers about the appatisers, we saw another family yell at the waiter... More

I've gone 2 times to this place and i honestly think this is a below average restaurant. You get quite typical american food of one of the biggest chains of restaurants in America, but without any of the magic you could experience in any of the other branches across the states. Food is average and the service is always in... More

IN the touristy jungle of Times Square, we were hoping to find a haven of familiar comfort food with affordable prices. We found neither. The portions were big but the food was stale. The prices were nowhere near affordable. $29 for a dish that costs $12 in Atlanta. I know we're in Times Sq, NYC, but still...

I actually like this brand. I attended the London venue several times and even enjoyed it In the United States. Last Year it was very decent but this Year it was a pity. I was stucked in a tiny room with other families. The waiter was alone for many many tables. Everything was a mess. They were even out of... More

Over priced for a chain restaurant because it's in the heart of Times Square. It's also dirty and the staff is plain rude. I'd recommend Bubba Gump Shrimp over this place but even that restaurant isn't that great. Venture out and look on trip advisor for other restaurants in the area. The food is better and the price will either... More

Went for lunch and to chill out and have a drink before hitting the shops. The staff were rude didn't care about the customers or their jobs and just wanted to get you in and out. The food was ok but very over priced!

Worst TGIs I've been too. Grubby tables and dirty floors. Food was poor quality, cold and expensive. No atmosphere. Waiter was friendly but overall disappointing.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
