I had dinner here and was disappointed by the service and the steak quality. Service was slow and the waiter not readily available. I had the tenderloin which was very firm. It could have been just bad luck, but with so many excellent options in...More

We eat here a lot but this time the service was terrible, slow, they forgot things, items we were able to substitute previous times we were told we couldn’t this time. We ordered mimosas and they were never brought until we asked where they were....More

The food here is consistently on point and that is hard to get from a kosher steakhouse. They usually get the cook of the steak as ordered. I always order the prime rib and have never been disappointed. Merguez, beef jerky and veal bacon are...More

I've been going to this restaurant for several years with friends before a theatre outing. This time I went with my husband hoping he would enjoy the food as much as I do. They have great steak frites along with other meat dishes. I had...More

An excellent dinner overall here but with concerns about the cost. The menu has a wide range of choices but really is one for the carnivores. The starter we had (Rillette) was not value for money; four very small pieces and a huge uninteresting and...More

So we wandered in from -9 degree temperatures in need of a hot drink and some food. We were greeted by a very brusque lady, closely followed by a gent who instantly filled our water glasses - ok, quick, we liked that. We ordered, and...More

After seeing a great Broadway Show, I checked my phone to see a list of the top Kosher Steakhouses in NYC. With it being freezing outside, I was sure happy to see Le Marais was just a few blocks away. I remember dining there many...More

Very good service and solid kosher food. The restaurant is a bit dated and could use sprucing up. Able to have a quiet meal and good for business lunch

Recently visited this restaurant, which also has its own butchery department so you can cook their excellent meats at home. It was a Thursday night and very busy, but we were quickly shown to a table upstairs. We had a superb dish of smoked chicken...More

Hi: I don't work there, I just reviewed it after we ate there. There were a few large parties that night. I don't recall round tables, but that does not mean they don't have them. Why don't you give them a call?

No, there is no dress code, but it's mid-town Manhattan, and sitting in a bathing suit would look out of place. MW
