We had a waiter that was to busy flirting and being spoon fed food from a girl at the bar. Asked for water and it never came and food was just plonked at our table. My meat was so tough you couldn't cut through and my husbands grill plate was so dry he couldn't eat it. We want to complain... More

Don't bother. Food is nothing special for the price. I was absolutely appalled that they add a tip to your total bill of around 18% hoping that most people won't notice or won't question it. Basically a scam ripping people off. I asked the waiter to remove the 'tip' from my bill and explained that I would decide myself how... More

With some great ambiance, easy location, and a fantastic happy hour ($5/drink), this place was rockin' the cachaça. Good service, a bit lost in translation with the bartender, but the mixes made up for it.

Wandered into this restaurant mid afternoon..... much more lunch than dinner. The specials and all you can eat were not offered until 5:00. We were hungry after a long day of touring and walking throughout Manhattan. We ordered chicken caesar salad and one of us ordered the beef stroganoff. The salad was great but everyone shared the stroganoff- amazing flavor... More

We stopped in here for a drink after the theatre. While I cannot attest to the food (although it smelled quite good), I can tell you to run over here for a custom prepared caipirinha! They use a full lime, give it a good shake and you'll feel as though you're sitting along the beach in Ipanema! And it's only... More

We were on our way to a different place, but got caught in the rain. We were glad we did. Excellent food, and good service. Enjoyed the evening!

The food at Grill Brazil is ok. What really upset us was the intruding evangelic missionary activity of the guy at the entrance. It is indeed unacceptable that a restaurant employee is suggesting for its guests to go to church.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
