Only had breakfast here. Buffet style but everything was pretty good. They were going for an old time French atmosphere. This review is academic since the restaurant will be closing soon for a few months for a complete renovation.

I went to both Mont Blanc and Pigalle tonight, both on W. 48th Street, and sadly, both have closed. Mont Blanc was there for 20+ years, and Pigalle was there for 15+ years. Both will be missed as they were great "neighborhood" restaurants.

If you stay at the Hilton Garden Times Square the restaurant is right next door. They serve a breakfast buffet which is adequate but you can order off there regular breakfast menu. The Eggs Benedict were very good. Service was friendly and efficient.

This was a privately operated french style restaurant attached to a Hilton Garden Inn. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. At check in the hotel clerk told it was closing June 30th after lunch for renovation. But when we dined our waiter informed us that they lost their lease after 15 years and hence had to close. Great food... More

This recent trip was my third time back to Pigalle as it's attached to the NYC hotel that we stay at. The food has always been great, and service has always been ok in the past. This time, the food was just okay - and the service was horrible. The restaurant was about half full at 8:00am, so our waiter... More

I'm staying next door at the Hilton Garden Inn and decided to give Pigalle a try for dinner before a Broadway show. So glad I did! Pleasant, timely service and perfectly cooked, delicious steak au poivre and a lovely Pinot noir to go with it! Really enjoyed it!!

Just steps from our hotel this was the perfect spot for breakfast. The menu was extensive and pleased everyone. My Eggs Coppenhagen was a winner, first time I ever had it; call it "Lox benedict". Kids loved the waffles, with lots of fruit. The oatmeal was loaded with fruit as well, a very healthy breakfast.

We visited for breakfast buffet on memorial day weekend, the bagels were tiny and stale as were the croissants. When I mentioned this to the staff ,they couldn't have cared less , the same with the manager. If they had just taken the bagels off the buffet there and then , I wouldn't have bothered to review but they let... More

This is not exactly the hotel restaurant, but it does have a through passage to the hotel lobby. They get very busy pre-theatre, but were quite happy to give us a table when we just wanted a snack. Breakfast is buffet style and OK. The restaurant was due to close for refurbishment. Not sure when it re-opens.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
