We had a lovely lunch on our way to a matinee. We did the prix fixe lunch which had some interesting choices and a bottle of wine. Service and food excellent. Not crowded like some NYC restaurants.

I don't know what else I can say about the restaurant. I thing those attributes really sum up a good restaurant. I did not rate them excellent because I had nothing that truly wowed me, but that's okay. I would recommend this restaurant and I would return because you can tell that they are consistently good.

For most europeans, american food is too salty and from processed foods. We ordered the lasagna (25$) and some other pasta (15$) They could have been great but it was too salty.... Still overpriced. Restaurant is crowded and loud. 25 min waiting for the lasagna. Won't recommend

Vice Versa gives the theatre district a place to enjoy a wonderful meal, any time of the day. The simplistic restaurant has a distinguished blend of a traditional and modern ambiance that makes you feel at home. The service was outstanding, and the food exquisite. The servers are very knowledgeable and helpful when deciding what to order. Vice versa does... More

You might walk past this restaurant and not notice it (we did this), but inside is like going into another world. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, with a menu of suitable variety and creativity. Service was very good quality. Well worth a visit!

Great wine list, wide menu choice. Specials are better than the regular menu, pasta a bit overcooked. Crowd was sparse for a Sunday evening.

On Father's Day, we were visiting NYC, and our son took us to Viceversa dinner. He had ordered a special Pasta Primavera for me and had Lasoncelli ala Bergamasca. Excellent. Great location, atmosphere, service, and friendly

We saw VicaVersa recommend in Lonely Planet and again there recommendation was good. A smart casual location with a comfortable feel. The staff are professional and friendly and make you feel at home. The food is fresh and the pasta dishes very good. It's around a 15 minute walk to most shows on Broadway and they will take orders up... More

We chose this restaurant as my friend is a vegetarian and they seemed to have some good options for her. The food was great, reasonably priced and the service excellent. It was very quiet for a Saturday night but we were told that this was because the city at the weekend in the summer is very quiet. This seemed to... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
