We went here after the theatre. It was ok, they were friendly enough but once they realised we only really wanted a main course and a beer each they lost interest. The place had a couple of tables but to be fair it was about 10pm. My partner had the Chicken Parmigiana and I had the Veal in Marsala sauce,... More

Right on restaurant row, easy walk from the theater district. Went there for early dinner. Had chicken with priscutto and cheese. Flavor was very good and veggies were done perfectly. Had a bottle of least expensive chianti and that was excellent. Detractors were the waiter taking the drink order was unable to help select the wine. English was not very... More

It is a good restaurant with linen tablecloths, italian background music and italian management. Cosy and friendly. Tables for four people have enough space, but not those for a couple. We had six beers plus a grilled vegetables plate, perhaps the worst deal of the batch, a gnochi pomodoro, caneloni and linghini with clams. This last one especially remarkable. No... More

Time square is crowded, so get off broadway and head over to 46th btw 8th and 9th avenues. We were searching for a place to dine and we stumbled to this place. The food was great, the service was a bit dodgy, the employees are all foreign minus one guy.the place is busy but cozy. I had the chicken sorrentino,... More

Was looking forward to a nice Italian meal. Waiters had difficulty understanding us and departed during our meal without a word. My gnocchi with marinara sauce was packet gnocchi with no seafood whatsoever. The waiters response when I asked if I had the wrong meal was "that's how we make it here." Left disappointed.

Waiters were rude, couldn't understand much English. Food was very mediocre. If you can avoid it I would.

We went here after seeing Wicked on the recommendation of a friend, and I am so glad we did! It was an easy 10 minute walk from the theater, and the food was awesome! 2 of us got the prix fixe menu for $32 and it was well-worth it. I had the caprese salad, the pollo ai funghi, and it... More

This is my second visit to Da Rosina. It seems a little far from the bright lights but just as you think am I in the right place you find a restaurant where many locals eat. Delicious food, great prices.

Myself and 3 friends has dinner here. The place was packed but we were able to get a table. The staff looked overwhelmed. We had three waiters come to our table to take a drink order and not until the last one did we actually get to order our drinks. Although they forgot one of our drink orders. The food... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
