An average restaurant food wise. The clams oreganata were bland and very small. Just tasted like breadcrumbs that were baked in butter on top of clams. Veal Ecco was good. Companions ravioli with Bologna’s sauce.. passable. Very little meat in the sauce. Bread was great...More

We are in New York for the weekend. Had a fantastic meal at Ecco on Chambers St The veal saltemboca and veal Marsala were excellent. A glass of their Cabernet went well with dinner.

Stopped in on the way past, was rather pricey so we’re expecting good things. Had a tomato and basil pasta which hardly tasted like anything, not the greatest choice of beers/drinks either and the decor seemed very dated. Great service, everyone was very attentive. Not...More

Staying in Tribeca we were advised to try this restaurant and boy were we pleased. With a great bottle of Willamette Valley Pinot Noir, a half dozen Blue Point oysters, we then moved to our entrees- veal Marsala and veal artichoke. Both were simply perfect,...More

You do not need to wear a suit. Most people were dressed nice - business casual is very acceptable. I think I saw some people in jeans.
