If you are looking for an indoor place to have a cigar - worth a shot. $30 minimum translates to a cigar and an adult beverage. I thought the noise level was more of an 'issue' than the cigar smoke. Service was very good.

You would feel most comfortable in biz casual.Many men in suits. No sneakers or shorts but in summer dog days maybe tolerated. Call ahead and enquire.
