WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT, WAY PAST ITS PRIME We had been to the original Sugar Factory years ago when the kids were little and it was in an old charming historic building, on a much smaller scale, and remember it being a good experience. My kids...More

The milkshakes here are INSANE!!! Totally worth the $17 they go for, with plenty of toppings hanging off/inside of them. The mac n cheese burger is also delicious!!! I left this place not being able to walk... I was so stuffed. But it was worth...More

Absolutely fell in love with the style and manner in which Sugar Factory serves their cocktails and drinks. It is a huge fish bowl with straws and yummy alcohol in it. Their ham and cheese crepe and their signature sugar factory burger was the highlight...More

Had a fun & fabulous girls lunch (2 moms & 4 daughters) at The Sugar Factory Thanksgiving weekend. The girls loved the non-alcoholic colored drinks & the milkshakes (all the drinks are very large so good for sharing). The burgers were great too.

A mother keeps her promise and mine was visiting the Sugar factory while in NYC: It was friendly, nice furnished, but not amazing in anyway. The waffles were dry, the magic drink which was the aim of the visit costs 30 USD. The onion soup...More

Brought my 2 teen daughters with 8 of their closet friends and some Moms. It's the "place to be seen" and on every teenagers bucket list. Two people per (non-alcoholic) drink worked well. Food was surprisingly good, bistro style and waitstaff were attentive and skilled....More

Make reservations for a table, we sat at down stairs bar which was still great. They placed good music the whole time and the drinks were great! So pretty with all the smoke, candy and bubbling effects. They are pricey but in my opinion worth...More

West Village
Stretching from Sixth Avenue to the Hudson River, the
West Village is one of the city’s most coveted
addresses. Full of trendy shops, historic taverns, and
cozy restaurants set amid 19th century architecture,
this neighborhood has a unique old-world feel. You
won’t find a more picturesque location in Manhattan.
Without the traditional city grid layout, it’s easy to
get lost here, but that’s part of the fun as you
