I have been here twice and both times I was under impressed. The food is very bland. The staff is reasonably attentive.

I had the fish special, which was quite ordinary. Nothing bad about it, but the preparation was nothing compelling or interesting. A stuffed chicken entree was good, but again, rather ordinary. Service was good and professional.

We've been dining at Pasha's for years and their quality has been consistent. Friendly service and sumptuous dishes. Our favorites are the braised lamb (Istim Kebab) and the baby lamb cutlets on eggplant purée (Hunkar Begendi). Arugula salad and stuffed apricots for dessert are delicious too. We prefer the back room with the skylights-- more space for our family. The... More

It was a beautiful night and we could have chosen to eat outdoors. The friends that I was with chose to eat indoors. If you go, select the back room as it has skylights and is not as dark as the front room. The food was presented nicely and prepared as I requested. I ordered lamb chops rare, and that... More

I wrote about this restaurant four years ago, and it only got better. A platter of dips, meat dolmas, eggplant, and everything lamb, especially lamb on mashed eggplant bed. Turkish wine Syrah Sevilen was excellent, on par with best syrah from Washington state. Nice quiet atmosphere, unobtrusive service, and moderate prices.

Good food. Good manti (dumplings in yogurt sauce). Good kebabs. Good bread and dips. White table cloth - weird 90's fancy restaurant ambience which doesn't quite match the menu or wine list. But good nonetheless.

We have not been here in a year, but really enjoyed the pre-theatre prix fixe for $27.95. Great salads, a chicken and lamb dish, and dessert and coffee were included. Service was good and friendly. Will definitely return again.

Pasha is still the best, it serves excellent Turkish food, has great service, a wine list with good values (ask for advice since its Turkish wine) and sitting inside or out, you are sure to have a fabulous meal. It is the perfect restaurant to introduce friends to Turkish food - the cold and hot starters can make a whole... More

We were in nyc for the day and we met friends at this restaurant on the west side of manhattan. It was a pleasant experience; having said that, I could not read the menu and the folks that we were with were regulars at this restaurant and so they ordered for all of us; the reality is that i could... This is a standard stop for us when we visit NYC. Everything from the appetizers to the desserts is great. The prix-fixe menu is a good bargain. I usually get chicken, but this time I tried a lightly breaded rainbow trout that was excellent. The baklava here is incredible. A great place to stop to eat on the Upper West... More
