Fantastic noodles with authentic flavors. We highly recommend the Tonkotsu Ramen and the Miso Ramen. The Tomato Ume Tonkotsu Ramen is good for the adventurous minded. TIP: For a little bit more, you could get an extra serving of noodle for those with bigger appetite "Oomori". The 4 of us ordered 4 ramen and super-sized 2 of them.

We wanted something quick and light to eat after the movie so we chose Dojo. The food was excellent and the staff were friendly.

Dojo's is nice. I've been a few times and compared to my sisters adoration of the place, I'm generally underwhelmed. It's Asian, mostly vegetarian and has a small enough menu. I ordered chicken tenders stuffed with cheddar cheese and they were tasty. My niece who was with us is coeliac and my sister is vegetarian so they were both more... More

Ate at this vital NYU establishment for years. Dojo changed management--and menus a few years ago. As a quintessential carnivore--enjoyed an occasional healthful veggie dish. I ordered the curry, rice and vegetable dish. The dish was awful--curry was pasty and thick, and veggies were virtually non existent. And it was pricey! Miss the old Dojo.

Dojo is a Japanese-ish kind of place, with reasonable pricing one would think, until the food met the mouth. Individual dishes bear low prices, but are generally filled with little food, so their number and cost is likely to escalate, unless one is on a diet. Further, one cannot rely on advice, for a pork belly serving said to have... More

Apparently at Dojo, they think people take hour-long lunches in the middle of the day. I met my wife here after a meeting she had. We ordered a soup with shrimp, chicken, noodles, etc [it was alright, nothing I'd run back there for] and quinoa salad, with at most 4-5 grains of quinoa. We only got our meals after asking... More

Dojo was one of my absolute faves when I first moved here. The soy burger? The stuff of dreams! Sadly they've renovated, and it isn't nearly the same. The soy burger can now only be bought at the bar...

As a customer of 10yrs I can tell you how this place has changed over time, and not for the better. This place began as a American/Asian fusion eatery (their American fare was much better). They won my heart with their carrot tahini sauce. Last year they closed for a while, renovated & revamped the menu, and it was all... More

Had a delicious lunch with their lunch boxes and appetizers. The waiter wasn't the friendliest but the quality of the food made up for it. I would definitely go back when in the area.
