If you were not a local you would probably walk by this place. Sure glad we went in. The prices are reasonable and the food was excellent. The staff was attentive. It was a bit loud but otherwise it was a great place to have a great meal for not too much money.

Fun noodle bar on Union Square. Feels a bit upscale with modern design. Table or bar, service is fine and fast at both. The menu is fun and extensive. I had dumpling soup, fried tofu and delicious glass noodles with lemongrass. Food was delicious. Fast but relaxing. Great spot for a big bowl of noodles! Slurp!

I have great Bento box with great salad and awesome soup. The best place for lunch around Union Square with Vietnamese and Chinese food.

This has always been a great go to spot for lunch if you are in Union Square. They had a ton of small plates or great entrees depending on what you are in the mood for. Chicken pad Thai is def a great choice!!

Had lunch here with 6 family members and a baby... service was freindly and fast. Place is large and sort of noisy but that was fine with a little kid. All our dishes were pretty good, the spicy seafood was the best probably

This place is hip, noisy, and crowded during the evenings, but totally worth it. My brother and I were seated within 20 minutes after arriving during a busy night, and the hostess and waitress were great. Our food arrived quickly and was hot and very tasty. I will be back. I can't wait to be back.

We enjoyed an early dinner but the restaurant was still quite busy. Most of the entrees are noodles in broth although there are a few other dishes as well. I enjoyed the green mango salad and the spicy coconut chicken noodle entree. Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is pleasant.

I was visiting New York last weekend on a Saturday night with my boyfriend and chose this restaurant for something different. They do not take reservations, but we were taken right away- the bad part was that they have cafeteria seating, so we were seated at a four person table with two other girls. Which wouldn't be a problem if... More

Staying in Flatiron District

Neighborhood Profile
Flatiron District
Offering many of the city’s best restaurants and shops set amid classic New York architecture, the Flatiron District is no longer under the tourist radar. At 23rd Street is the famous triangular Flatiron Building, which makes a good picture no matter what angle you photograph it from. Be sure to look up at the elegant architecture as you stroll the streets - much of this neighborhood is part of a historic district that was home to many of the city’s most famous department stores at the turn of the century. At the northern end of the neighborhood, Madison Square Park is best known for being home to a famous burger shack, but it can also be a quiet refuge to spend an afternoon, and it frequently hosts interesting public art exhibits. In the lower part of the Flatiron District you'll find Union Square, a bustling crossroads at all times of day and night.
