Great brunch, slightly pricy

Awesome spot to grab brunch on a Sunday with some friends either as a hangover cure or as just a great meal. The potato pancakes are delicious. Coming from Boston it seemed to be a bit on the pricy side, but definitely worth an occasional splurge here.

Haven't been here in awhile. Was in the hood last night and walked in. The place was empty at 9 30 PM. Got the table of our choice. The food was great, service super and friendly. Sorry I hadn't gone back sooner. Even the bride loved what she had...

I stayed at a nearby hotel (15 minute walk) but would have traveled further to come here. Delicious food, large and comfortable venue, and a really professional staff. I came here each day of my stay, even just for coffee and juice. The NY Times is available, and it's a great place for celebrations (I celebrated my birthday here the... More

Shared the dining room with a dog that was allowed to eat from the plates and sit on the table. Mentioned it to managment and they indicated they were helpless to stop it. Owner must allow it!! Avoid unless you like your plate licked clean some time before your food was brought to you.

Some food good - carrot ginger soup, crab cake - some not great - clams. Service untrained - simple orders , wait person forgot to bring a soup. Attentive to allergies. Large room, no ambiance, no pretensions.

Noho Star is a neighborhood gem offering a satisfying breakfast menu and a tempting mix of American and Chinese-styled dishes for lunch and dinner in a setting of stylish, roomy neighborhood ambiance. Their attentive service, unfrenetic vibe and very good food has made us repeat customers for over 30 years.

We were a large group. We had one very pleasant waiter. People seemed pleased with their food. On person's complaint about a cold entre led to the food being reheated. I had a good tasting pasta dish and I asked for some Parmesan cheese to put on top. A tiny dish of Parmesan arrived. When the bill came there was... More

We were actually in search of a different restaurant in the area, and at first glance didn't realize this was a restaurant because of the scaffolding out front. But my friend noticed it was an eatery, we looked at the menu out front and decided to give it a try. Glad we did! We had the chicken and angel hair... More

I worked here 10 years ago and always stop back to eat when I'm in the neighborhood. The brunch/breakfast is unbeatable for the area, and where can you stop in for dinner and get Chinese food and european/american cuisine thats not wings and fries. The Memphis interior design is amazing ,

Went here today to get there spicy wings to see if they would be as good as the ones in Dublin from Elephant & Castle. While they were good I don't think they were as crispy which is how I like my wings. I would come here again but be sure to ask for crispy wings.
