There were six of us and we did the three course meal. The farm egg starter was outstanding. The four of us eating that were all in agreement. I had the Alaskan salmon, it was cooked perfectly with a beautiful crust. It came with okra - which I didn't like the preparation, but the salmon was so good. My dessert... More

Meeting up with friends in NYC, they suggested Bouley's for lunch. Although I read it was closing, and they were not able to get lunch reservations until 2:15, we decided to try it. So glad we did. Food (the lunch tasting menu), service, decor were all perfect. I'm just glad we were able to experience it before it closes. But... More

This was a very high end congratulations dinner for my team and Bouley didn't disappoint. *Note that Open Table cancelled my booking after I was late to return the RSVP call (they called me twice, I confirmed at 4:06P for the next day) fortunately Bouley honored my booking)*. The service was excellent the apples in the entrance and overall ambience... More

From the moment you enter you know this is a special space. You enter into the apple room that is decorated with real apples from floor to ceiling...scent is sweet. Your are then greeted by gracious hosts. The dining room is gorgeous with arched ceilings , velvet curtains, and lots of fresh flowers that are barriers between tables offering some... More

Last night I dined at Bouley with some friends. We chose the tasting menu and it was amazing. The food is truly unique and the staff amazingly informed. So happy I had the opportunity to try this gem.

I had the 5 course taster menu that is an option at lunch time and it didn't disappoint! The menu included a range of fish, meat and vegetable dishes with complimentary dishes included as well which was a lovely touch! The setting was beautiful and the service was excellent and I would recommend booking a table for this wonderful restaurant... More

Fantastic restaurant, great food and service. Bouley paid special attention to my wife for her 40th. Fantastic white and black truffle chef surprise was presented mid way through the meal - a nice touch. Excellent wine list and great surroundings. Great menu and would return again. Although it is expensive you get what you pay for.
