This "off-the-beaten-path" small seafood restaurant is a great place. It's very cozy and intimate. All of the seafood selections are creatively prepared with excellent service. I recommend coming here for the selection of oysters, which is vast. I had the bouillabaisse, which was fantastic. Its...More

We came here for NYE with my family for their late seating. We started with a few dozen of 4 different east coast oysters and they were shucked and presented perfectly. This restaurant gets first choice from the NYC oysters distributors. They had at least...More

The main courses are good - very fresh ingredients but pretty standard presentations and rather limited. When I see cod on the menu and having lived in Boston for years during college, I'm disappointed I can't order it batter fried because nothing is better than...More

I took an old friend and her son who'd left NYC 30 years ago here tonight. Alex was our server. Now I am an oyster snob and have gone virtually everywhere in NYC in search of the best oysters and atmosphere. A hard combo. The...More

Food was good, not great. Atmosphere was okay, but we sat outside. Not on my must return list next time in town, but I don’t like oysters

The variety of oysters offered is extensive with a fair selection from both coasts. Our server was knowledgeable in describing the nuances of their taste. The black sea bass special was presented with mushrooms and roasted carrots on a bed of caramelized risotto. The garnishes...More

I love the grilled yellowfin tuna with vegetable and peanuts. I can't bring myself to eat anything else. My husband tries every special each time we go. The bread is always delicious, portions generous, wait staff lovely and helpful.

I got the crab claws as an appetizer. They were pretty small for the price, but delicious. My lobster sandwich was fantastic as was my wife's chicken sandwich. Good bread, good sides, good service. Overall very satisfied.

We took the subway from the upper west side, but there seemed to be parking on the street at metered parking available - especially on the weekends. And specifically west towards the river and a few blocks north.

No parking. You would need to park on the street or park the car in a garage near by. Very difficult to find parking. Advice, take mass transit. E train is the best way to get there.
