Clearly a place that's just going through the paces. Omelet bland and cold. Service lackadaisical. Lots of better alternatives in the neighborhood.

(Disclaimer: I am a foodie who is not easily impressed. For me, many of the Upper West Side restaurants that are rated 4+ dots on are "meh".) Over the past 4 months, I've been steadily working my way through UWS restaurants. Tarallucci has become a...More

The food is delicious, very equilibrated. The wines are awesome and the environment is very quiet, different than many other places in NY. The service is very special, you feel very well in the restaurant.

Wow. Everything we had at this small UWS outpost was soooo good. We'd already checked out the menu online...$15 salads, $32 main dishes. It was a small but pleasant space, barely a handful of tables inside and a few more outside, with a bar as...More

Tarallucci E Vino is a great spot for lunch or dinner and drinks. My husband and I live close by and come here often. There is constantly good food and service, and atmosphere is wonderful. We enjoy eating inside or outside.

I was very pleased with the atmosphere, service and food. I agree with the other poster that it is probably not great for little kids. If your kids are older and appreciate good food (don't need a children's menu), it would work well.

This is a nice little spot, but not suitable for families. I asked the hotel for a recommendation and this was really unsuitable. The menu choices were limited and the portion were small. Quite expensive, not value for money. We left hungry. Could be good...More

Cosy bar, cafe in one of the best district areas of NY, with good wine list in a good price, accompanied by qualitative, tasteful snacks, like bruschetts, olives, salads, hot soups, or special dishes of pasta, etc. Cosy set up of the bar, nice people...More

We chose Tarallucci after local friends recommended it for a nice dinner. It was excellent. I enjoyed the sea bass which was done to perfection. My daughter had the charred octopus which she thought was wonderful. For dessert the cremosa was an unexpected delight. If...More
