Lots of breakfast choices including bagels, sandwiches, pancakes, pastries and some excellent omelette choices which include are superb value at under $6 with breakfast potatoes and toast! Lots of choice and the food tastes fresh and devoid of grease! The coffee is even better with some lovely choices (I loved the hazelnut flavour) and the pastries are big enough to... More

I mostly frequent the G&G on 40th which has this experience down to science. Their food service workers are quick and efficient. The food is good - some of the prepackaged stuff (cut up fruit) is expensive ($5.50 for a cup of watermelon) but I like their soups and salads. Other locations don't have the variety of food but this... More

I went there every morning to get bagels, coffee and juice. Excellent service, very good bagels and plenty of cream choices. We had the light cream cheese which was good. Sure beats paying the expensive hotel prices for these items. 3 bagels with cream cheese and coffee was about $10. Seemed to get a steady stream of professionals on their... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
