Nothing special to say about this place. We needed a bite before the theater. It was cold outside and Guy's was close to the theater. The sevice was adequate. The food was adequate. The price was typical New York City. If you just need a place to have a meal in Times Square, it just one more choice along with... More

I have to admit Guy's was not our first choice for dinner. But when our first choice had nothing available, Guy's was nearby and we walked in. Happily the wait was only about 30 minutes. I had eaten here before and was happy with the food then, and was happy to come back. We waited at the bar and had... More

Service was poor, food was so so. Desserts were good. Restaurant was comfortable. Guy's T-shirts in minimal supply. Shirts were not available in all sizes.

We are big Triple D fans - so we were excited to try this place. The decor is funky and weird but still relaxed and fun. We had heard the desserts were amazing so we didn't want to fill up. So my family of 4 shared two orders of the pretzel chicken fingers and they were AMAZING. The desserts were... More

We were seated in the bar area - only 1 waiter working many tables. Food took a long time to get - over 30 minutes for 2 French Dip Sandwiches....which were good.Should have told waiter we were heafing to the theater....but still too long of a wait for something as simple as that.

The bar tender Havier was very welcoming and helpful. He helped us with our food and drink selections and then made time to talk to us and everyone else in the bar as well as keeping the food and drink flowing. The food was wonderful (if a little expensive) which we expected but Havier going the extra mile to make... More

Hello, need a proof reader? I'm available. First off this is somewhat of a tourist trap. To make a good impression, quality control on all levels is needed. A menu FULL of typos does not set up a good scene. The booth I sat in was conceived and executed by the Marquis de Sade. Bench too low or table too... More

Went there after the restaurant was highly recommended, and have to say it was a wonderful experience. For drinks we ordered the crazy cab driver and the house margarita, both excellent!!! We ordered for appetizer the sashimi tacos that were crispy and well balanced. For dinner my companion had the chicken tortilla soup which I was told was the best... More

Visited this place based on Guy's show. It did not disappoint! The sashimi tacos are awesome as are their burgers. Great place to stop by for lunch or happy hour

Went here for dinner and was a very warm and friendly welcome from the get go. The food was reasonably priced and massive portions! Definitely worth a visit, was very spacious and relaxed inside!

There is nothing like authentic. Nothing beats the real thing. Cars can’t fake fast, guitars can’t fake rock and roll, and no one can fake the feel-good flavors of American cuisine.

Guy Fieri is one of the hottest celebrity chefs on the scene. In Guy’s Food Network series, Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, he tastes his way across the back roads of America gathering eclectic and savory inspiration along the way. This first-hand knowledge of American comfort food gone wild fuels the menu at Guy’s American Kitchen & Bar.

This dynamic restaurant features Guy’s signature style of cooking, big on flavor and short on boundaries. Guy Fieri packs classic American cuisine with unexpected flavor; food done right and sometimes in a way you never thought possible. Simply put, Guy’s American Kitchen & Bar allows hometown favorites and culinary expertise to satisfy the bold flavor cravings of visitors, fans and insatiable New Yorkers.

Guy says, “I’ve lived my life by the motto ‘Go Big or Go Home’ so when it came time to get cookin’ in New York City, I couldn’t think of any better place than right in the heart of it all, Times Square. Great food and good times, that’s what this place is all about.”

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
