While staying at the Warwick we stopped for a drink to relax after dinner. We had a 4 hour drive to get to the city so it was nice to relax in the lounge and watch some sports. Service was excellent.

Acknowledged as return customers, we were always greeted in a friendly way, and most importantly, with glasses of Cambria chardy.
Stopped in late night for apps and drinks. Bartender had a heavy pour, so heavy that it affected the taste. Apps were good, not too special.
Street entrance but also connected to the lobby at the Warwick Hotel. Excellent service, good drinks, and good food. As a Warwick guest, this was an easy choice to go and relax, however, there are lots of locals that frequent the location. Definitely a keeper.
We ate here twice 5 years ago so were happy to return while at a conference in NYC. Lovely ambience, excellent service, wines by the glass. We had cheeseburger with fries which was far from pedestrian. Cooked perfectly to order. Fries were excellent. We would...have returned, but conference was too short! We thought the prices were normal for NYC.More
We had an evening meal, and although very busy, we were eventually given a corner table for 4. We had 2 starters and 3 main courses and 3 drinks, After a mix up with another table ( understandably with it being so busy ), we...enjoyed the food. It was flavoursome, compliments to the chef, but at a price of $180, it was the most expensive average food we've had.More
I came here for lunch with a friend because she had a gift card. The place is really cute and we were given our green tea that we ordered. I asked for water and to look at the menu a little longer. Our waitress, Laura,...came back and took our order; quesadillas to start, she ordered the Korean chicken and I ordered the poké bowl. At this point we still didn’t get our waters so I asked again. Our appetizer came real quick and it was good. Still no water. So instead of asking Laura we asked Juan. Juan brought over our waters right away. We devoured them and Laura went to go refill the waters of the table next to us and completely ignored our empty glasses. When our meals came out I was given the wrong meal. I was given the poké appetizer and not the bowl. I didn’t make a big deal of it and just ate it. What really was the icing on the cake was when we handed Laura the gift card she asked if we were staying in the hotel and we said no. She rolled her eyes at us and it took her over 20 minutes to give us our check. Don’t waste your time here, sit at the bar if needed but don’t sit in Laura’s section.More
We stopped in for drinks after a show and ended up having dinner in the bar. The atmosphere and service were great, excellent wine selection, good food.
Stopped in for a late nite bite. Pleasant old fashioned NYC hotel bar. Very busy at 11 pm. We started with a glass of Prosecco and and Old Fashioned. The Old Fashioned was perfectly prepared. I had a bowl of the French onion soup. Well...prepared with plenty of cheese. My wife had a tomato flatbread. It was pretty. bland. Great service and atmosphere.More
Fun, cozy, great buzz, EXCELLENT SERVICE! We love this spot for Happy Hour, after theater, ANYTIME! Don't miss the fabulous wings, burger, French onion soup! The Maitre D', greeted us with gracious hospitality and he IS the BEST reproduction this establishment!
My husband and I are in NYC attending a business meeting and have extended our stay as we have never visited New York before. We found Randolphs and thought it look nice and somewhere we could enjoy a meal. We went in and waited by...the ‘Wait here to be Seated’ sign. There were 3 waiters serving customers and none of them gave eye contact. That’s ok we thought, they are busy and was sure someone would come over. Oh how wrong we were. 3 members of staff walked back and forth and not 1 of them spoke to us, gave eye contact or said that they would be with us shortly. We must have been standing there 20 minutes! At one point one of the waiters came over to the cupboard near to where we were standing and still didn’t speak to us. I did say excuse me do you have a table and the waiter just blanked us. Never before have we been treated this way in a restaurant. In the end we walked out and went and visited Rue 57, fantastic Restaurant. We will be coming back to New York and you can be certain we will never set foot in Randolphs and we won’t be recommending it to our colleagues.More
We came to Randolph's for a Late-Night After Theater Supper on the 30th of September. Our party of three arrived only 30 minutes or so before closing. Our servers were most attentive and made us feel so very welcome. The Fish and Chips were outstanding....The Cobb Salad and 54th Street Burger were delicious. I did not expect such delicious food and wonderful service right before closing.More
We would have enjoyed this place a lot more if the waitress did not have attitude. Went across the street a little later on whose waitress was the complete opposite.
while exploring NYC we stopped in the Warwick for a drink at Randolph's to take a break from exploring 54th street. we found this bar to have super service and a good selection of food and drinks in a very comfortable setting
Although a bit pricey this was attached to our hotel so thought we'd pop in for pre-dinner drinks. The service was nice and the drinks good. We didn't eat here but the food coming out looked good.
