Location - about a 15 to 20 min walk from Times Square
Setting - casual , dining tables spaced far enough from each other , nothing special
Food - yucca fries and fish ceviche were good . The fish was fresh and tasty . For main , I had some sort of mixed seafood dish in a slightly creamy sauce - serving size was generous , the dish itself was fairly good but not wow.
Service - our server was reasonably nice but everything felt so rushed there . I think the restaurant was short staffed, and the servers were running around constantly, which made for a dining atmosphere that was not relaxing …
I’m not in a rush to go back to Inti

Ordered for delivery during the pandemic for a number of days. Average, decent food, nothing special.
The basic salad is very basic with romain lettuce. The soups are interesting, especially the beer-based soup with seafood. The other corn- and egg-based soup had less flavor. The ceviche was only average as were the soggy, limp french fries. The sweet plantains were good, but greasy.
The rice with beans is good, the rotisserie chicken was average as was the pork with beans.
The traditional Peruvian drink was good. The deserts were nothing too special, including the ice cream.
My guess is that like a lot of these restaurants, the dining-in quality of the food is better than the delivery.

So very disappointing. I live in the neighborhood and was looking for a new restaurant to try, but I have to say, this was not it. The atmosphere is nice. The wait staff was nice. The food however was not good. I ordered a Pisco sour which tasted fine but there seemed to be very little alcohol in it. I told the waitress and to her credit, she gave me a shot of Pisco to add to the $14 drink. Then we ordered an appetizer of Causa De Cangrejos, which was the tastiest part of the meal. I then followed it up with Parihuela, which was a salty broth with chewy, and what seemed to be not fresh fish. Could barely eat it. My friend had the grilled flank steak that she said was not good at all. I am so sad to write this review because I was so hopeful. It was also not inexpensive at $80 for the check. I've been to Peru several times and this food does not do it justice. I will never return.

Music and bad singing all too loud in a restaurant with no acoustic treatment. AMAZING food though and very nice wait staff. Would come back (just not during karaoke night).

Located on 10th avenue between 54th & 55th streets, certainly within walking distance for theater diners, before evening or after matinees performances, this restaurant will pleasantly surprise you. Food is absolutely incredibly delicious, the staff is courteous, friendly and efficient. Prices are quite reasonable considering the amount of food that arrives at your table and, although you may not have room for dessert, they are fantastic. Try the Flan!

Inti has some really sweet staff members. They were especially courteous and welcoming. The food here was very good. Tried the fried rice with seafood (shrimp, scallops, calamari) and another with chicken...both were great. Camarones Inti was great as well. I can't wait to go back and try out the rest of the menu. It seems like there are a lot of Peruvian places in the area and this is one of the good ones.

We had a fun evening at this Tenth Avenue restaurant. The servers were all friendly and welcoming. The food was very good and plentiful. We tried 2 appetizers and 2 main dishes and enjoyed it all. We had the cold mashed potatoes stuffed with crabmeat and yucca fries for our appetizers. Our main courses were a shrimp and broccoli dish over rice which was fine. The other choice was shrimp tacu tacu and this was delicious. Tacu tacu is made from rice and beans and the shrimp were cooked in a pepper and onion saute. There was live music playing as we were finishing up our early dinner, they were setting up and beginning to play. We didn't have drinks or dessert but they certainly had some great options.

Great restaurant in mid-town. Food and service are both excellent. Food was beautiful. I am not an effusive person but this was a great choice and you should go here.

9th Avenue has many small, inexpensive restaurant choices but INTI (means sun) is a step above in selections and price. They have created a pleasant ambience and nice bathroom! The food is quite good with helpful service. I forgot my credit card and they sent it to me quickly so I didn't have to replace it. I really appreciate that!

Loved this place.
We celebrated my sister's 40th birthday and it was perfect.
The food was delicious (ceviche de pescado y mixto, chupe de camarones, bistec a lo pobre, camarones inti, and arroz chaufa). The drinks were very tasty (maracuya sour, cholopolitan, and chilcano). And the service was outstanding. They brought out a little tres leches cake with a candle so we could sing happy birthday and it was as yummy as it looked. My sister was very happy and so was the rest of our little group. Definitely coming back next time I'm in NYC.

We went here for the first time with family. Every dish we ordered was not only affordable but Amazing flavor. We love peruvian food and have eaten at many peruvian restaurants and the food was as good as the best of them. The problems were: The place was packed and there was one waiter. We don't know if its the norm or someone was out but it didn't make sense. The main issue was they had live music with speakers. We were seated farthest away from the music by the door and still, it was SO loud we couldn't say a single word to the people we were eating with the entire time. It was comically loud and we were writing notes on our phones to each other. This is not an exaggeration - we couldn't even speak to the waiter until the song ended. We dont' think they have live music every day but it really made the meal un-enjoyable.

Hell's Kitchen
Just a few strides from the pulsing beat of Times Square, Hell’s Kitchen has a much more local pulse than its buzzing neighbor. The low-key vibe is part of the appeal, but there’s also a new energy arriving in the neighborhood in the form of modern residential buildings with new retail and food shops. Ninth Avenue is lined with restaurants of all types, from tiny Thai hangouts and Italian trattorias to French bistros and Southern cuisine. Just show up hungry and walk up and down the street, you are bound to find something that looks good. For a more classic taste of the city, grab a bite to eat along Restaurant Row (46th Street between 8th and 9th Avenues) before a Broadway show. The Hudson River provides a break from the city blocks with riverside views, piers for boat tours, and parks perfect for a stroll.
