Found this smashing place by chance just off Times Square. Became our "local" for our stay. Staff were all excellent, especially the wee cheeky Irish bloke ! Food, service, decor and value all excellent. Give this place a visit !

I've been going here for 6 years. Recently some issues have raised concerns. Food is great and beer is great. Waiting staff, especially Irish staff are great. My Daughter and her mother and aunt had lunch and drinks. The Captain Morgan and coke had no Captain Morgan in it!! It's a distinctive drink. Once pointed out to the hostess she... More

In the heart of Times Square, free internet, plenty of televisions (we watched Wimbledon), great friendly service, and a fun bar menu to go along with our tasty lunches. The buffalo chicken flatbread was delightful, the sliders were also good. My husband enjoyed his lunch as well, although I can not recall what it was. It was a very steamy... More

An excellent end to our holiday finding this Irish bar in NYC, lots of Irish bars to be found round here. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially the lovely Galswegian girl who went out of her way to make us so welcome. Hoping to return next Summer and will definitely sample some of the lovely food from the... More

Met here with some colleagues and friends last night, for a beer and to watch the football. Must say it was a brilliant night, staff so helpful and beer really good.

We stumbled upon this place and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The chicken pot pie is delicious. The pastry has a lovely crunch and nice buttery taste. I had the chicken southwest wrap. The chicken was nice and tender. Bonus was happy hour started at 4pm so we washed down lunch with a Cosmo and Appletini!

The place is a half block off Times Square. Joel, Chris and Sue do their best to make sure your glass always full and you're always comfortable. Everything from martini's to beer this place has it all.

This place seems to have been here forever and there's a good reason. It's reasonably priced and feels like the quintessential Irish bar and grill ....which it is.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
