I discovered it a few weeks ago, and I stop by daily. I love their crab meat sandwiches (imitation crab meat) and their pastries! Clean, well organized, efficient, adequately priced. The staff is polite, nice, knowledgeable and fast. The Pain Quotidiens and Pret a Mangers around should take note, this is how you keep a satisfied, returning customer! Keep up... More

This is a really good Japanese-style/owned hole-in-the-wall cafe, and is great if you're looking for basically any kind of baked good or unique seasonal drinks (or just a good matcha latte!) Tip: tax is included in their pricing, so you don't have to calculate it! Both their savory things and sweets are highly recommended! I had the ginger beef sandwich... More

I had their signature mocho crêpe and my friend went with their sandwich. Both yummy! And it's a warm Japanese style bakery, nice place.

Decided to try this since it is close to work and had such great reviews. I got some bread (pretty pricey and honestly I've had better for less from other bakeries) and on a whim decided to try the choco rum ball and boy what a treat that was!! It was moist and had a perfect balance of flavors!! I'm... More

If you are a matcha lover, go here and have a matcha latte and matcha crepes for a matcha overload. Some of the things we had heard they had, they didn't actually have, but we liked the crepes.

Really like this bakery. The strawberry shortcakes are really good. So is the mocha crepe and you have to go early to get it.

The Croissants here are amazing!! We had the sweet potato and the ham and cheese and were really blown away. This is a very clean and quaint place with a clean bathroom too.

My husband and I stumbled upon this bakery a few years back, after visiting the 9-11 Memorial. We had pizza at a place across the street... and having an insane sweet tooth, he noticed the word "bakery" and wanted to check it out. When you enter the shop, they have sale items set up on tables outside of the display... More

Neighborhood Profile
What’s in a name? In this case it is the unique title of “Triangle Below Canal Street” that became a popular nickname in the 1970s. An attractive neighborhood filled with handsome lofts on the edge of the Financial District, this lovely slice of Manhattan offers plenty of fine dining experiences and art galleries. Plus, it’s home to the city’s most exciting film event, the Tribeca Film Festival, that takes place here every year. TriBeCa is a great place to take a leisurely stroll before stopping into one of the many local restaurants or bars for a satisfying meal and cocktail. You’ll see families out for an afternoon walk, and don’t be surprised to come up with the occasional celebrity sighting. With such a great vibe, many of the city’s most famous residents call this neighborhood home.
