We enjoyed steaks that were well prepared and an environment that was settling after a day of travel. We enjoyed our first meal in NYC at the E&E Grill House.

My wife and I really enjoyed our recent dinner at E&E. There's not a lot of atmosphere or character to this restaurant, but our filets were absolutely great! Done perfectly to order and extraordinarily tender. The accompanying mashed potatoes were also excellent. Our waitress was most pleasant and made for a most pleasant dinner experience.

We were there at an odd time, we saw a matinee and arrived 5ish. No matter, a table was available, the drinks were good and the steak was tender. The service was good, the bread was good and the food was good. Would have liked a larger and more varied menu, but everyone found something good to eat.

Went there to eat since it was close to our hotel and we wanted meat that day, and were not dissapointed at all. Ok, it's not the cheapest place to eat, but in this restaurant you really get what you are paying for!! We went for Filet Mignon or New York Strip, and the food was made just as requested... More

We had received a 10% discount as we stayed in the adjoining hotel, The Pearl Hotel. We had some time before leaving for the airport the last day of our trip and decided to eat brunch. The service was very poor. We were the only couple in the restaurant. It took nearly 10 minutes for someone to ask what we... More

My teenage son and I went to this restaurant for lunch prior to The Book of Mormon at the Eugene O'Neill Theater. It is right across the street from the theater. The food was delicious and the service was great. I had the grill house bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions and 233 sauce. Best cheeseburger I've ever had. My son... More

Great place with friendly atmosphere, highly recommend. Can also grab a cocktail there at intermission...wish I would've known that before paying the ridiculous show prices!

We attended Kinky Boots this visit to NYC & absolutely loved it. The tickets came inside an envelope which provided 10% off at this cute little restaurant. The hostess appeared concerned that we arrived with no reservations however lucky for us there were many seats available. Waitress Brianna took our drink order in timely fashion. I ordered the "Best Friggin... More

Everything about this restaurant was perfect. Before a Broadway show we came here and we were not disappointed. We had no idea what to expect but it was incredible. The atmosphere was delightful and not really fancy. The food was priced high but definitely not over priced, the food was worth every cent cost. We ranged in meals from wraps... More

E&E Grill House is a neighborhood restaurant surrounded by the marquees of Broadway theaters in historic Times Square. We treat all our guests like celebrities. Our calling card? We are a grill house-the fun, more dynamic cousin of the steakhouse. We serve excellent food at fair prices with an emphasis on grilled items and the freshest ingredients. Our menu has tasty dishes that delight vegetarians and fish lovers, - but it's our steaks and meat selections that satisfy a carnivore's cravings!

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
