Wanted a diner feel for dinner after my companion declared the Chelsea Market options too loud and crowded. This place is a step or two above a "diner", with a very local and slightly vintage feel. Wonderful service, delicious food, exactly what we were looking for.

The food is above average for a diner. Place is not cozy as some say; it is depressing. I order for delivery and the person who picks up sometimes is not paying attention and the call either takes longer than it should or results in an inaccurate order or both.

Each time we visit NYC we can't wait to eat at this diner. It's still our favorite. The food is fresh and the portions are large. We never leave hungry. We enjoy the staff there who are always helpful and friendly, especially Teddy, he's the best! The restaurant is comfortable and clean. We enjoy lingering there a while after our... More

The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of cleanliness. But the service was excellent, I mean over the top. We live in Texas and my son likes Dr Pepper and he has tried to order it in every restaurant in NYC and nobody serves it, but here, when they told him they did not... More

Typical diner, nothing special. The soup was so-so and the bread stale. What I found offensive was the $2.50 for a cup of coffee and $3.75 for hot chocolate. Then, when the waiter gave the check, there was some creative math and an extra dollar added to the total. When I paid the check I pointed it out to the... More

This traditional diner is looking a bit tired, but the service remains friendly and the menu is traditional Greek diner fare. Portions are large and prices are reasonable for an otherwise expensive neighborhood. Fresh tasty food made to order. It's a good pick if you want to eat at a diner.

Although several times a year we find ourselves inside the restaurant the charm for us is their 24-hour delivery bringing traditional diner and Greek specialties. Very reliable at all times.

We were in Chelsea area for several days and found Chelsea Square to be a go to for a late dinner, early breakfast, or just a cup of coffee and dessert. We always received timely service and the meals were enjoyable. The variety of the offering covered all appetites. Never rushed to get out the door to make room for... More
